This policy covers digitier.com. Our products, Kangaruu, PaySight, SimpleFlight, and SentinelAI, have their own privacy policies, published with each product.

What we collect

The only information this site collects is what you send through the contact form: your name, your email address, the topic you choose, and your message. When you submit the form we also record the time, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string, so we can tell real messages from automated ones.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies on this site.

How we use it

To reply to you, and for nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside Digitier, LLC, except the hosting providers that run the site on our behalf.

Where it lives

The site is hosted on DigitalOcean in the United States. Contact messages are written to our application logs there and retained for a limited time under DigitalOcean's log retention, after which we keep only what we need to continue a conversation you started.

Your choices

To have a message you sent deleted, write to us through the contact form and say so. We will confirm when it is done.

Children

This site is for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 here.

Changes

If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it.
